Design fees
CharliJack works with clients as an external ‘creative department’ to achieve the graphic design and Illustration needs they can’t service internally.
We work with our clients in three ways: One or more days at a time, a specific period or custom quote. Email discuss your design needs and whether a custom quote or package best suits you.

The Branch Package
We understand businesses have regular design needs that don’t quite justify a dedicated in-house resource, but do require a trusted go-to graphic designer available to them, on an as needs basis. The Branch package is designed to do just that.
Each time:
• You pay $840
• You get a day (8 hours approx) of dedicated graphic design time
Example: You may need some spot illustrations, a brochure or a pull up banner, fact sheets or perhaps some social media tiles, the list is endless. I let you know what is possible in that time frame.
How it works
A 30 minute zoom call to discuss your needs.
A confirmation email plus a detailed list of the elements I need to proceed, ie final text, hi res images, style guides etc. Once all the information has arrived work is usually completed over a 42 hour time frame as it is not always possible to complete the work un-interupted.
Work will be sent to you for approval and any small changes can be made at that stage. *conditions apply see FAQ
The Tree Package
Let’s face it, keeping up with branding guidelines, can be a challenge at the best of times, but when they need to happen alongside the communications products, you’re producing day-in, day-out, things start to get missed.
The Tree package is designed to ensure you gain traction on projects that have been waiting in the wings and keep on top of business-as-usual too. This time can be used in one block or broken up throughout the week.
Each time:
• You pay $1600
• You get two full days (14 hours) of dedicated graphic design time

A confirmation email plus a detailed list of the elements I need to proceed, ie final text, hi res images, style guides etc. Once all the information has arrived work is usually completed over 4 business days.
